Annulment

To end your marriage through annulment, you need to prove that the marriage was void, or it was legally valid but voidable:

At least one of the parties were under 18 (under 16 if the marriage took place prior to 27 February 2023).
One party was already married.
The parties are closely related.

If you can prove one of the above factors, then the marriage was never qualified as being legal and legally never truly existed.
