Aaron is an experienced Conveyancing Executive and has worked in legal practice for some 35 years.
He mainly deals with residential sale and purchase transactions etc. He is committed to his clients and is often referred by clients who have used him previously.
He is married with a son and lives locally. He enjoys music and spending quality time with his family and friends.
Carly originally started working in estate agency in 2003 and by 2008 had moved into residential conveyancing.
She assists Mark Goreham and Louisa Dearlove and is the point of contact for all matters following exchange.
Carly is committed to helping people deal with all aspects of conveyancing and understands moving home can be a very stressful time so ensuring a smooth transaction is very important.
She lives locally and is married with a young daughter.
David Durn has 25 years of experience in handling property and private client law matters.
He has a Law Degree and Post Graduate Certificate in Legal Practice.
He is a Partner, Head of Residential Property, and the firms Compliance Officer.
He lives locally and is married with three daughters.
His interests include music, time away and family life. David is involved with various charitable organisations and Ruislip Baptist Church.
Roz has over 35 years experience as a conveyancing practitioner. She moved to Middlesex in 1993 to join her husband who was based there in the RAF. During this time she has built up many local connections and has many clients who return to her for her professionalism and calm and friendly approach.
Her expertise is in all areas of residential property matters.
Roz has a law degree and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives having qualified in 1988. She is a consultant in the firm. She lives in Buckinghamshire with her husband and has one son.
She enjoys fitness training/running, cooking and socialising with friends and family.
Gary joined Allsop Durn as our Legal Cashier in November 2018 from a Law Firm in Harrow.
Gary is responsible for all our financial transactions and compliance with the SRA rules.
After spending 15 years living, working and travelling in the USA, Gary returned to England and settled back down in the Borehamwood area.
He is married with a son with whom he enjoys supporting Arsenal and their local football team as well as spending quality time together with family and friends.
Gary became our Practice Manager in November 2020.
Nikki studied at Portsmouth University before completing her Legal Practice Course at the College of Law Guildford. Nikki then completed her training contract in 2015 at a West London Firm, before joining a legal 500 firm. Nikki has accumulated a vast amount of knowledge and experience working on a full range of matrimonial matters such as, divorce, finances, cohabitation, injunctive proceedings, separation matters, pre and post - nuptial matters as well as children disputes, such as child arrangements , prohibited steps and specific issues.
Nikki also trained as a Family Mediator in 2022 and intends to develop her passion for mediation.
Nikki is highly motivated to get the best possible outcome for her client’s. Nikki has a constructive and sympathetic approach to her client’s and fully understands that it is a difficult time for all involved.
Outside of work Nikki enjoys travelling, having recently returned from travelling Australia and Southeast Asia. Nikki also enjoys attending spin classes and spending time with family and friends.
Louisa qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer in 2011. She is a Partner in the firm. She has worked for various law firms in Berkshire and Buckinghamshire prior to joining Allsop Durn LLP. She specialises in all aspects of residential property work.
She prides herself on offering a personal service to every client and ensures that each client is treated as an individual Louisa always aims to keep the conveyancing process as simple and straightforward as possible and this has been reflected in the reviews received from clients about her work and the conscientious and very efficient service she provides.
Outside of work Louisa enjoys golf, movies and time with loved ones.
Mark has over 25 years of experience in residential as well as landlord and tenant matters. He is a Licensed Conveyancer. Mark’s expertise is evident in

• Transfers of equity
Mark has a degree in English from Brunel University and has extensive experience and contacts in the area.
He is a Partner in the firm.
His dedication to his clients in his professional dealings makes him popular with all.
He lives locally and is married with two children. He enjoys playing football and tennis, cinema, spending time with his family and friends.
Tracy is a solicitor who specialises in Private Client matters. Having qualified in 2014 her particular areas of expertise include:
• Obtaining Grants of Probate and the administration of estates;
• Estate planning;
• Drafting Wills to suit individual needs, in particular second marriages where there are children from the first marriage;
• Preparation and registration of Lasting Powers Of Attorney, both Property & Financial and Health & Welfare;
• Court of Protection applications.
Tracy has extensive experience in dealing with bereaved families, executors and personal representatives and is able to guide you through the complex and difficult process.
She is a Partner and Head of Private Client.
Tracy is also a fully accredited member of Solicitors for the Elderly.
Jess joined Allsop Durn LLP in August 2022. Prior to joining our team, Jess worked as a Legal Assistant in a firm in Windsor for 6 years.
Jess assists Tracy Murgatroyd and Joanne John in all aspects of Wills, Estate Planning, Trusts & Probate.
When Jess is not at work, she enjoys keeping fit, socialising with friends and family and travelling.
Hazel has worked, lived and raised 3 Children in the Ruislip area for 25 years.
Having come from a Sales background Previous as well as doing PTA event organising for the schools she joined Allsop Durn LLP in 2020 . She is now our Legal Cashier.
She likes to keep fit and socialising with her many friends.
After leaving school, Lisa worked for a couple of local firms of solicitors in Uxbridge before taking a career break to raise her two daughters.
She resumed work and worked for several local estate agents before joining Allsop Durn LLP in August 2017. Her current role is assistant to consultant, Roz Allsop in the Residential Conveyancing Team.
Her interests are travelling with her family, exercising and socialising with friends
Sanjiv qualified as a Solicitor in 1993. He has worked in Central London and the London suburbs for a number of firms including as Principal of his own practice for 8 years. He left private practice to take up in house legal management roles in various companies and in varied sectors of commerce. Post pandemic he decided to come back to private practice.
Sanjiv has gained a wealth of experience throughout his career in and out of the legal sphere. His role at Allsop Durn LLP is in civil litigation matters.
Sanjiv lives locally with his family and enjoys golf, tennis, cricket, and jazz.
Joanne is a Private Client Solicitor with over 17 years’ experience. She qualified in 2005.
Her areas of expertise include:-
• Preparation of Wills to meet individual needs and advice with estate planning
• Preparing and registering Lasting Powers of Attorney in respect of property and financial affairs and health and welfare decisions
• Deputyship applications to the Court of Protection
• Dealing with the administration of estates including all aspects of the process from registering a death through to the distribution of assets
Joanne prides herself on offering a caring and friendly approach to clients to guide them through some difficult and sensitive matters.
Joanne is married with 2 young boys and enjoys spending time with family and friends and visiting her hometown in Devon.
Having completed her Law degree obtaining a 2:1 at the University of Reading. Grace is working towards the CLC (Council of Licensed Conveyancer’s) Level 6 Diploma to qualify as a Licensed Conveyancer.
Grace is assisting Mark Goreham with Residential property matters. Coming from a customer service background, Grace provides a patient and understanding approach to the needs of clients.
Grace lives locally. When not at work enjoys reading and doing crafts such as embroidery and learning how to crochet, as well as spending time with her family.
Alesia studied law at the University of the West of England and most recently completed her master’s in law at BPP University in London Holborn. Alesia is working towards qualifying as a family law solicitor in 2025.
Alesia is a Trainee Solicitor in our Family Department and supports Nikki Mills by drafting documents, summarising information and meeting new and existing clients. She thrives on managing the strict deadlines that court work presents and enjoys the complexity of settling financial arrangements and being able to work with numbers.
Alesia’s ability to manage the many different elements of Family casework makes her a valuable resource for our solicitors. Her empathy and understanding means that clients trust her, and she works hard to keep everyone up to date with their matters.
Outside of work Alesia enjoys travelling, yoga, and hopes to travel around Southeast Asia and Australia in the future..
Gemma is a property solicitor with 18 years’ experience dealing with individuals and companies with all their property needs. She deals with both commercial and residential matters. Gemma has worked in both large-scale national firms and small high street firms so looks to blend her experience with more modern technology with the personal bespoke service you would expect from a smaller high street firm. She understands that client’s needs are not all the same and therefore adapts to suit.
Outside of work Gemma likes to spend time with family and friends, and when possible, getting away with the family on holiday finding new destinations to explore.
Stefanie studied History at the University of Nottingham before completing her Masters in Law (Conversion Course), obtaining a first class in both degrees. She is now working towards qualification as a solicitor in 2025.
Stefanie is a Trainee Solicitor, supporting Gemma Noble in both residential and commercial conveyancing matters. With over one year‘s experience dealing with a variety of clients and transactions, Stefanie is able to tailor her advice and service to each client’s individual needs. She provides an efficient and caring approach whilst maintaining her workload and deadlines effectively.
Outside of work Stefanie enjoys Pilates, music and travelling.
